Born from 35 Years of Machining Experience

With a 35-year career spanning aerospace, prototyping, medical, and job shop industries, our founder intimately understands the challenges of CNC milling. The Back Bolt Fixture Plate was born out of a frustration with traditional methods, particularly for smaller, intricate parts and short-run jobs.

The "Aha!" Moment

The breakthrough came with a simple yet powerful idea: what if we could secure the part directly to the fixture plate using minimal hardware and the stock material itself and have no clamps on top of it? 

This led to the development of our unique .250" grid pattern and a new way to incorporate the Picture Frame concept, where the stock becomes the fixture and is clamped to the top from the bottom using cap screws instead of specialty clamps on top of the fixture plate.
