Refund policy

Note: The following policy applies exclusively to McChine Workholding Products (e.g., Fixture Plates and Accessories). All Manufacturing Services (Contract Machining and Production) are governed by our Manufacturing Services Terms & Conditions, which stipulate that custom-machined parts are non-refundable.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom, blemished, scratch & dent, used, sale, or other reduced-price products

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts

  • Products with signs of wear, damage, abuse, or alteration (including damage incurred during return shipping). Partial refunds may be given on a case-by-case basis.

Process for Returning Items

  • Contact Customer Support: Initiate the return process by emailing our Customer Support team at support@mcchine.com within 30 days of purchase.
  • Provide Order Information: Be prepared to provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Receive Return Instructions: Our Customer Support team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return shipping address.
  • Ship the Item: Package the item(s) securely and ship them to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item to you once we receive the returned item.

Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returned items.

  • Our Customer Support team will inform you if a restocking fee applies to your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Support immediately at support@mcchine.com.

  • We will provide instructions on returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund.
