All Manufacturing Services (Contract Machining and Production) are governed by our Manufacturing Services Terms & Conditions, which stipulate that custom-machined parts are non-refundable.
At McChine, LLC, we are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping products purchased from mcchine.com.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard UPS Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-6 business days.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the shipping carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters).

Orders are shipped from our facility in Mount Juliet, TN.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
