Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality and precision of our products. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship, such as dimensional inaccuracies, incorrect hole patterns, or other flaws from the manufacturing process.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. This includes:

  • Scratches, dings, or cosmetic blemishes from regular use.

  • Damage from tool crashes or dropping the fixture.

  • Stripped threads caused by over-torquing bolts.

  • Modifications or alterations made to the plate.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order information and a description of the issue, and we will be happy to help.

Images displayed in this gallery feature parts that were designed and machined by McChine for our internal use. Due to strict client confidentiality agreements, we are unable to show examples of actual work completed for customers.

Custom-machined miniature circular clamp assembly; a two-piece precision component showcasing high-accuracy milling for small-scale industrial hardware.

Collar

By designing around our 'picture frame and back bolt' fixture, we immediately bypassed the need to machine dedicated soft jaws or specialized tooling. This streamlined approach means we can move directly into small-lot production—such as a 5-assembly run—saving you both time and the cost of upfront fixturing.

Multiple CNC modular fixture frames arranged in a collage, showcasing universal workholding capabilities for custom prototyping and production runs.

Picture Frames

The empty 'picture frame' demonstrates the system's core capability: universal fixturing. It shows how different parts can be securely held and efficiently machined, whether as a single-piece prototype or patterned for a small production run.

Custom-machined spanner wrench designed and manufactured in-house for specialized shop maintenance and tool adjustments.

Precision 4-axis CNC setup featuring a custom production fixture mounted on a high-density grid plate for repeatable workholding.

Back Bolt Plate: Foundation for Custom Fixtures

Our Back Bolt Fixture Plate acts as a robust, universal sub-base, as demonstrated by the custom fixture assembly mounted here. This one-off fixture was engineered to complete a critical operation (locating an inaccessible hole) but by leveraging our existing base, we avoided significant fixturing costs and maintained a highly stable machining platform
